Job Responsibilities


If you take on the challenge as our new Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience
  • Service customers within set targets and to a high standard
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve logistic issues and complaints
  • Ensure timely response and quality resolution of inquiries
  • Fulfil job responsibilities aligned with given KPI’s
  • Keep a close dialogue with customers over phone or email to understand their needs and expectations
  • Be proactive and ensure we are staying ahead of our customers’ needs
  • Cooperating with other departments/functions in our company
Background & Skills


For you to shine in this position, you have a customer service mindset combined with outstanding communication skills. Usage of different IT tools and systems is a piece of cake for you. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. You are an excellent team player willing to contribute to achieve team targets and you believe that pulling in the same direction is of benefit for the entire organization. You can work well under pressure and with deadlines. You seek opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste in our processes. You have a sense of urgency, while you understand the value of deliver excellence in the details. Previous experience of working in Customer Service environment or with similar tasks in sales and distribution or logistic context will help you get started, but it’s not mandatory.
