ABOUT THE POSITION
We are excited to announce an opportunity within our Sales department in our Stockholm office as a Business Development Representative (BDR) fluent in Finnish. As we continue our journey from startup to scaleup, we are looking for a motivated individual to drive growth and expand our market presence in Finland and across Europe. You will be part of a Business Development team currently consisting of four people.
As a BDR at Kreditz, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with potential clients, securing meetings for our senior Sales team. This is an operative role, where your focus will be on prospecting and outreach activities that drive the sales pipeline and create meaningful business opportunities. You will also be closing your own deals.
You should be comfortable making cold calls as part of your prospecting activities. While this may seem challenging at times, it’s also a rewarding part of the role that helps you build relationships and open doors to new opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Responsible for identifying potential customers through proactive prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Customer Relationships and Communication: Build and maintain relationships with potential customers by initiating contact, responding to inquiries, and presenting the company’s products or services in an engaging manner (e.g., via demos, presentations).
- Sales: Accountable for initiating and managing the initial steps of the sales cycle, scheduling meetings or presentations for the senior sales executives, and closing your own deals.
- Market Insights and Feedback: Gather and report feedback from prospecting activities and customer interactions to the company’s sales and marketing departments, helping to tailor strategies and adjust products or services based on market needs.
- Documentation and Reporting: Ensure the accurate documentation of prospecting activities, customer contacts, and follow-ups in Hubspot (CRM).
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: +2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Tech Savvy: Familiar with tools like Hubspot (CRM), Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
- Communication: Fluent in both English and Finnish, with strong presentation skills. A plus if you also speak Swedish
- Comfort with Cold Calling: Confidence in reaching out to new prospects via phone is essential
- Innovation-Driven: A passion for technology, finance, and innovation.
MERITORIOUS SKILLS
- Experience in Open Banking/PSD2.
- Background in Scaleup organizations.
- Additional language skills
- Familiarity with Powerpoint, Figma, Canva, LinkedIn, Hunter.
