About the Role as Customer Service Representative
There are many different types of jobs within the service sector. But in customer service, one thing is always the same – you represent the company and make sure all customer questions and issues are handled from start to finish.
Examples of tasks as a Customer Service Representative:
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to questions via social media
- Register new customers
- Process orders, bookings, and complaints
Your Background:
- Fluent in Dutch and Swedish and/or English
- Previous experience in service and customer-facing roles
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
