What you’ll do
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist with product information, orders, and account queries
Help resolve basic issues and connect customers with the right solutions
Make every customer experience a positive one
Keep records updated and follow internal procedures
What you’ll need
Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
Basic English communication skills (B2 level)
Basic computer literacy
A positive, customer-first attitude
Willingness to relocate to Greece
