Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be essential in ensuring we deliver our service offerings to customers efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
- Tactical and operational problem-solving to optimize service delivery.
- Resource planning for 35 service engineers, ensuring the right person is assigned to the right place within the agreed timeframe.
- Order registration.
- Customer communication.
- Ordering of materials.
- Compiling service assignments before handover for invoicing.
- Experience in coordination, support, and planning.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP is an advantage.
