What you´ll do
- Develop superior demand plans in a dynamic market with the most accurate sales forecasts, with consideration to historical sales data, and close alignment with Sales and Marketing on business plans, promotional activities, business intelligence, etc.
- Identify potential gaps in the business plan and proactively define and implement countermeasures in order to achieve targets in sales, profitability, inventory, and cost.
- Ensure the right level of stock availability at the right time through close coordination with the Supply planning team.
- Organize and manage the monthly S&OP process and meetings.
- Ensure achievement of the relevant KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Service level, Inventory), via regular monitoring/analysis, indicating appropriate actions to meet objectives.
- Manage obsoletes & slow movers by developing corresponding action plans.
- Execute product life-cycle management and new product introductions in close alignment with the Business.
- Drive initiatives that allow benefits in process efficiency, costs and/or sustainability under an entrepreneurial and strategic approach.
- Ensure regular reviews to manage and minimize the value of slow movers and obsolete articles.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain or Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience within the area of Supply Chain (within FMCG is a plus).
- Self-driven, has a continuous learning mentality, and challenges the status quo.
- Digitally inclined, highly number driven & enjoying analytics.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, Power BI (SAP & APO DP knowledge is a plus).
- Strong influencing & communication skills and a passionate team player.
- Fluent in English, Finnish language is a plus.
- Holds good Financial & Business knowledge.
