With 400+ employees across the Nordics and leading brands like Sambla, Advisa, Rahalaitos, Omalaina, Rahoitu and DigiFinans, we help customers get the best terms on their loans and make confident financial decisions.
To support our continued growth and transformation, we’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to take ownership of our recruitment function across the Nordics. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to work both strategically and hands-on – setting up scalable recruitment processes while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent.
You’ll be part of our central People team and report to the Chief People & Culture Officer, based at our Stockholm HQ.
What you'll do
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be responsible for shaping and driving our talent strategy across the group – with a focus on quality, efficiency, and candidate experience. You’ll:
Strategy & Ownership
Own, define and continuously improve our end-to-end recruitment process.
Partner with stakeholders across the whole organisation to understand hiring needs, plan for growth, and proactively build candidate pipelines.
Develop our employer brand in close collaboration with the Marketing and the People team.
Own and refine our approach to candidate experience, recruitment marketing and hiring tools.
Operational Recruitment
Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment for key roles across the group – from first intake to signed contract.
Source and engage talent through a mix of channels, including direct search, job boards, and agency partners when needed.
Facilitate structured interviews and hiring decisions in close collaboration with hiring managers and HRBPs.
Set up and track relevant recruitment KPIs and share actionable insights with stakeholders.
Collaboration & Enablement
Collaborate closely with HRBPs to support local hiring strategies and ensure alignment with workforce planning.
Train and coach hiring managers in recruitment best practices and interview techniques.
Be the go-to expert on recruitment systems, tools and compliance.
Work closely with the rest of the People team to support onboarding, internal mobility, and talent development initiatives.
What we’re looking for
Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with experience in both operational recruitment and building scalable Talent Acquisition processes.
Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience working with or within a Nordic/multi-market setup, exposure to matrix organizations is a plus.
Hands-on experience with sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment techniques. Responsibility for high volume recruitment is a strong plus.
Strong project management skills and a structured way of working.
Fluency in English and Swedish is required
