To accelerate towards our goal of becoming the pioneering force powering the energy system of tomorrow, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People & Culture team!
About the role:
As Talent Acquisition Manager at Flower, you will be the face of our company in the talent market, building strong connections with candidates and external stakeholders while shaping our business and talent strategy together with a dynamic team and leaders across the organization. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on recruitment for critical roles, requiring broad expertise across talent acquisition as well as a flexible and humble approach to support Flower’s continued growth.
What you'll do:
- Own and drive Flower’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring it enables business growth and long-term capability needs
- Partner with leaders across the organization to understand hiring needs and provide expertise at both strategic and operational levels
- Lead, grow and mentor Talent Acquisition team in all aspects of being true Talent Partners
- Build scalable, data-driven processes that strengthen candidate experience and hiring efficiency
- Lead and execute recruitment for critical roles, including executive and international searches
- Strengthen Flower’s employer brand and represent the company in the talent market with a commercial and candidate-focused approach
- Manage and develop relationships with external partners to ensure effective collaboration and access to key talent pools
- Together with the CPCO and CFO, drive proactive workforce and succession planning
- Ensure usage of accurate systems and tools, reflecting the evolving talent acquisition landscape
Who you are:
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5+ years of experience building and leading a progressive talent acquisition team, preferably in a fast-growing international environment
- Proven ability to design and implement strategic talent acquisition initiatives while also managing hands-on recruitment
- Strong track record of executive search, international hiring, and supporting company scaling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high integrity, a commercial mindset, and an analytical approach
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.
