Position overview
Nordic brand management - Develop brand growth through the right strategies and plans.
Key Objectives
- Understanding the behaviour of the target audience and acting as a Jr. brand solutions manager. Assist in developping and execute the Nordic brand plan and new product launch excellence.
- Contribute to expanding the brand image, market share and improve the overall brand perception, by being an OC patient liason.
- Assist Brand managers and Marketing manager. Develop POs for the office admin. Contribute to office management.
- Increase product sales by acting as a Jr. sales brand manager, by integrating perfectly with the CIC and Sales team.
- Contribute to DtC acquisition/nurturing brand campaigns by collaborating with teams across different verticals such as Digital Brand Manager, CIC, Global marketing, creative, legal, and so on.
Key responsibilities
You are a Jr. Brand Manager & Patient Liaison, who can contribute to build brand awareness, while augmenting the brand value, as well as to the overall profitability in the Nordic region.
Key requirements
- The Jr. brand manager should be flexible and easily adapt to the dynamic and transitional market of today.
- Ability to think creatively and work cross-functionally within the Jr. brand manager job scope.
- Assist in delivering consistent, clear brand DtC messaging, aligned with our global branding and strategy.
- Contribute to developping digital platforms for effective HCP engagement e.g. homepage, ShowPad.
- Assist/Contribute to and execute Nordic brand plan that drive expansion and growth.
- Track campaign and launch effectiveness in CRM, ShowPad, TalkDesk, PowerBI, Google analytics.
- Digitally savvy and the ability to map / make the patient journey enriching.
- Contribute/Assist in executing marketing campaigns and coordinate events.
- Supports day-to-day operations and such as managing timelines and preparing reports.
- Living up to the highest standards of ethics and compliance, following the European Medtech rules.
Education/ Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent.
- General marketing and digital experience from the health care industry.
- Knowledge in Ostomy Care from a patient perspective (preferable).
Travel Requirements
Position may involve travel up to 15% of the time, mostly within Nordics but European travel is expected. Most trips will include overnight travel.
Working conditions
Hybrid working – 2 number of days per week in the office driven by business requirements as Convatec has a flexible approach to office working.
