Brand Manager
for Froosh at Fazer Lifestyle Foods
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Brand Manager to take the lead on the Froosh smoothie portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the brand’s future across several markets. You will develop and execute growth strategies, lead marketing campaigns, and bring new product innovations to life.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category and brand growth strategies
- Working closely with commercial units, local marketing teams and product development
- Tracking and analysing portfolio and market performance
- Manage portfolio strategy, product pipeline and its competitiveness
- Lead consumer and customer insights development
- Create annual marketing plans and campaigns
- Manage brand budgets and deliver high-quality sales materials
The role is a full-time permanent position, located in Stockholm, Sweden or Vantaa, Finland. You will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Fruit BU. We work mainly onsite.

What you’ll bring to the team?
You have a strong commercial mindset and know-how to turn insights into actionable strategies. You demonstrate excellent analytical skills, and you have a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and how to use data to uncover business opportunities.
You work in a structured and organized way, with a sharp focus on execution and results. You’re a natural collaborator who communicates clearly and inspires others around you. You’re also creative and trend-savvy, with a genuine passion for food, innovation, and building brands that resonate with consumers.
We expect you to have:
- 3-5 years of experience in international category, portfolio and brand management
- Proven track record of successful go-to-market projects and building commercial brand concepts on multiple markets
- An energetic and agile mindset with the ability to navigate complexity and drive progress across diverse initiatives
- Passion for category and brand building with experience from FMCG
- Analytical skills and ability to use data for business opportunities
- Excellent people skills and strong organizing and planning skills
- Confidence in communication and strong networking skills
- Fluency in English and a Nordic language, and a degree in a suitable field
