JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co., you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be representing the brand image and values from the front, with full responsibility for effectively managing operations across our dual-location concession at NK Stockholm.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic retail leader who will take these two locations to greater heights, actively drive sales, and inspire a smaller, agile team to deliver exceptional service in Sweden’s most iconic department store.
Key parts of the role:
- Achieve sales and profit targets by analysing commercial data and taking proactive actions to maximise performance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a smaller team across both concessions to deliver exceptional customer service in line with Levi’s® and NK standards.
- Control costs and oversee operations, including stock management, payroll, administration, and scheduling.
- Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and provide regular updates and action plans to the District Manager.
- Recruit, induct, and develop high-calibre team members, coaching them to grow their skills and career.
- Support team training, sharing product knowledge and using Levi’s® tools to build confidence and selling ability.
- Act as a key liaison with NK stakeholders, ensuring compliance with NK processes while maintaining Levi’s® brand standards.
- Lead from the shop floor, setting the standard for customer experience and using every interaction to coach and inspire.
Our ideal candidate:
- Passionate about the Levi’s® brand and living our values.
- Experienced in managing and developing smaller teams within a retail environment.
- Proven track record in driving KPIs, increasing sales, and controlling operational costs.
- Strong people manager with excellent coaching skills and the ability to inspire high performance.
- Comfortable leading from the shop floor in a hands-on role.
- Confident communicator in both Swedish and English.
- Previous experience in concessions or department stores is a plus, but not essential if you can adapt quickly to NK’s way of working.
