Peak Performance is now looking for a proven, inspiring brand leader to take the reins of our core global brand functions as PR, Social Media, Athlete & Events and take them to new heights. As Head of Global Brand Functions, you’ll lead a team of senior experts, unite strategy with execution, and ensure our brand is felt consistently and powerfully across every touchpoint, market, and moment.
You will play a central leadership role in shaping our global presence — from how we show up in media, to how we engage communities offline and online, to how we collaborate with the athletes who represent our values. This role is for a highly strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and brings clarity, direction, and energy to a fast-paced global brand.
Your Mission:
- Lead and integrate global brand functions to deliver unified, insight-driven consumer experiences worldwide.
- Together with functional leads, set the strategic direction for each function, and empower the team to deliver excellence in their craft.
- Collaborate across departments and markets to ensure the brand comes to life with consistency, relevance, and impact.
- Be a thought partner and driver of seasonal go-to-market planning, helping to shape the brand calendar and key campaign moments.
- Foster a culture of performance, creativity, and accountability across your team and partner functions.
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders across product, sales, creative, and digital teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall leadership and direction across Global PR, Social Media, Athlete Management, Collaborations and Brand Experience.
- Development and execution of global strategies, toolkits, and activation frameworks.
- Oversight of functional budgets (excluding events), content creation, and consumer facing storytelling.
- Leadership of a high-performing global team, as well as guidance and support to regional markets.
- Delivery of globally consistent and locally relevant brand experiences across all consumer-facing platforms.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years in brand leadership roles across multiple disciplines (PR, social, retail marketing, media, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing high-level strategy, large teams, and complex global marketing operations.
- International experience in premium consumer brands, preferably in outdoor, lifestyle, or sportswear industries.
- Deep knowledge of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and omni-channel brand building.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and budget oversight skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
