Position: Coordinator, Global MarCom

Job type: Fulltime, fixed term parental leave cover
Reporting to: Director Global MarCom
Are you interested in Marketing and Digital Communications? Do you thrive in a highly international environment and would be interested in working for a leading global medical technology company? Join the vibrant Global Marketing team as Coordinator, Global MarCom based in Malmö at Arjo HQ.
This position is a fixed term, substitute position, during a parental leave period of approximately one year.
The skills you will need
You are structured and well organized with a high level of integrity, while being service minded with good communication and presentation skills. You will need a high level of flexibility and the ability to work independently managing multiple tasks while being a proactive and self-motivated team-player with an open “can-do” attitude and high levels of energy.
The ideal candidate has:
• An academic degree or equivalent within the area of communications, marketing or digital marketing.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field of marketing, communications or digital marketing and communications in a global organization.
• Knowledge and/or experience from the healthcare industry in marketing and communications is a plus.
• Experience in developing global communication and digital marketing campaigns.
• Use of full Microsoft O365 suite and relevant Adobe programs and understanding of key tools related to the job such as Marketing Automation, CMS, PIM, DAM, Intranet and Social Media publishing.
• Experience in coordinating Social Media content in a global organization is a plus.
• Comfortable working in English language on a daily basis as part of a global team.
