Our Lifesum team is growing! We’re looking for a HR Business Partner who wants to lead the work to drive our people function, with a strong focus on culture, engagement, compliance, and talent management.

To feel confident in this role, we believe that you have
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or Psychology
- 5+ years’ experience in a broader HR role, preferably in a small or scaling international company.
- Strong understanding of how to work independently, collaboratively, and felxibely in a fast-paced work environment
- Fluent in English and Swedish
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
This position is based in Stockholm.

This position will be covering different kinds of HR activities to lead
- Shape an inclusive, feedback-driven culture to support growth.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
- Develop initiatives to boost engagement and work satisfaction
- Lead performance review processes, support continuous feedback, and promote learning, leadership, and career growth.
- Oversee HR policies, systems, payroll, benefits, and ensure legal compliance and accurate employee records.
- Promote a dynamic and productive work environment with diverse thinking and collegial relationship trust
- Ensure smooth office operations.
