Business Support Assistant
IHRE VERANTWORTUNG
- As business support assistant, you are responsible for administering vital parts of the company´s business operations
- Support sales and marketing organization with a positive approach
- Handling customer orders and customer support
- Administrating daily business in our digital systems
- Handling daily logistics
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Experience from similar roles in multinational medical device companys
- Experience in handling invoicing and reporting in business systems
- Experience in tender and contracts administration
- Experience and understanding of what is needed to run daily business operations from office
- Confident in ordering processes, invoicing, and customer support as well as logistics
- Fluent Swedish and proficient in English
- MS Office
