You’ll be the point of contact for many key stakeholders and play a crucial part in the success of our HR delivery. Your mission
In this role, you’re responsible for leading and coordinating HR activities at our site – acting as a key link between the local team, other locations, and our global HR Business Partners. You represent HR in management forums and site leadership, ensuring that our HR processes are efficient and of high quality.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that recurring HR activities are carried out according to established plans.
- Supporting one or more organizations as an HR Generalist that can develop into HRBP responsibilities.
- Participating in national HR forums such as the Country Council and the Swedish HR Management Team.
- Driving continuous improvements to enhance both your own development and the HR delivery.
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone with experience in HR leadership and collaboration, preferably in a global organization. You’re comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and hold a university degree in HR, Human Resource Management, or a related field. Fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is required.
You’re a communicative and collaborative individual who enjoys building relationships both within and outside of Sandvik Coromant. Your curiosity drives you to explore new approaches, and you’re a natural leader who makes things happen.
