We are looking for a Product Designer to join our growing team.
A Product Designer that will play a crucial part in shaping the future of online casino experiences in new and existing markets for Glitnor. In this role, you will be able to apply your analytical and empathetic mind to identify and outline core customer needs and problems, as well as applying your creative talents to envision, design and define nice, clever and effective solutions. You will collaborate closely with developers, product management, compliance, and operations in order to deliver the best possible outcomes for the customer and company.
What will you be doing?
- User-Centered Design: Creating user-centric designs and customer journeys for online casino sites, focusing on providing a seamless and enjoyable customer experience from onboarding to gameplay.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Developing wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications to communicate your ideas and solutions effectively. Iterate and refine designs based on feedback and testing.
- Collaboration: Working closely with product management and developers to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of your designs. Collaborate to prioritize and balance business goals with user needs.
- A/B Testing: Collaborating with the product and development team to set up A/B tests to measure the impact of design changes and continuously optimize the product.
- Staying Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, especially in the iGaming sector, to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the team.
- User Research: Conducting and analyzing user research using various methodologies (such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing) to inform and validate design decisions.
Who are you?
- Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in conducting user research methodologies and integrating insights into the design process.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Beneficial: Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and an understanding of how design translates into code.
