Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Stockholm
Have you found passion for payroll and are you eager to learn more? We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll for our employees across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes in accordance with agreed monthly and annual schedules. You'll ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll data to our outsourced payroll partners, internal finance teams, and relevant authorities. Reviewing payroll reports and confirming the accuracy of salaries to be paid will be part of your day-to-day work. You will also maintain payroll-related data in our HR Master Data system.
As a key contact person for our external payroll service providers in the Nordics, you’ll provide expert guidance aligned with Fazer’s collective agreements and local payroll practices. You’ll work closely with our HR team to ensure a seamless and high-quality employee experience.

What will you bring to the team?
- 1-2 years of experience in similar type of role
- Overall understanding of payroll processes, preferably from production environment
- Understanding of how labour law and collective agreements could impact payroll processes
- Excellent Swedish and English language skills
