Are you passionate about performance marketing and building strong business relationships? At Ideal of Sweden, we are looking for an Affiliate & Partnership Coordinator to help scale and optimize our global marketing efforts.
The Affiliate & Partnership Coordinator at Ideal of Sweden is responsible for managing and expanding all commission-based partnerships, including affiliate marketing, partnership programs and micro-influencer collaborations. The role includes identifying and securing new partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements and cultivating relationships that drive growth and revenue. It also involves analyzing performance data and implementing optimization strategies to maximize the impact and efficiency of all partnership initiatives.
You will be a part of the marketing team and work cross-functionally with other teams to align strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage partnerships with affiliates and other brands
- Manage collaborations with our community of micro-influencers
- Drive growth through performance-based campaigns and partner activations
- Analyze results and optimize performance based on data and KPIs
- Negotiate contracts and commission structures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment
Who You Are:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably with an ecommerce or DTC business. Experience in influencer marketing is a plus
- Relevant degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
- Skilled communicator and negotiator
- Analytical, with a results-driven mindset
- Familiar with affiliate platforms like Impact, Awin, or similar. Experience with influencer marketing platforms like Brandbassador or Dipi is a plus.
- Fluent in English (Swedish not essential)
- Organized, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative team player who can also take ownership and drive projects independently
