We are looking for a proactive and structured Technical Administrator to support a vehicle update program for a client in the automotive industry, located south of Stockholm.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate technical updates and manage documentation for a fleet of vehicles.
Develop and implement a structured working process for tracking and follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve deviations and align on test needs.
Order parts and coordinate activities with workshops when necessary.
Consolidate test requirements and ensure proper documentation in technical systems (e.g., TA systems).
Establish and maintain an overview of the status of all vehicles involved.
Support improved coordination and communication between involved teams.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing activities related to the product.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with technical coordination, documentation, or process support.
Confident working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Meriting: Experience in the automotive industry or similar technical environments.
