About the Role:
Join us as our next Group Sustainability Manager! In this role, you will drive and advance our resource efficiency strategy at the group level. You'll be responsible for identifying and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at improving resource efficiency, fostering sustainable operations, and developing sustainable products across our organization.
Reporting: to the Head of Group Environmental Sustainability
Key Responsibilities:
Environmental Strategy: Implement and oversee the group’s environmental strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and emerging trends.
Strategic initiatives: Lead strategic initiatives to advance in environmental areas, such as operational resource efficiency and circularity, with a focus on low-carbon materials, recycled content in materials and waste reduction.
Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure progress, identify gaps and recommend continuous improvement strategies.
Risk and Opportunity Assessment: Monitor environmental risks and opportunities to provide insights that guide business decisions and drive innovation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including leadership teams, investors, and NGOs, to communicate progress and advocate for sustainable practices.
About you:
Strategic & Analytical: You can translate science and data into actionable insights. With an eye for detail and the ability to interpret science and complex data, prioritize and translate this into meaningful, useful management information.
Communicative: You possess great storytelling skills and know how to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Structured: You have excellent project management skills; you know how to engage different stakeholders and work effectively across functions and with external stakeholders.
Team player. You have exceptional collaboration skills and a proven ability to form strong cross-functional relationships with varying business partners.
Agile: You work efficiently and proactively to deliver results and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science/engineering, Sustainability Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience driving global initiatives in sustainability management and environmental strategy.
Strong understanding of environmental science and resource efficiency principles
Driven by a passion for driving positive environmental impact at scale
Fluent in English; Swedish is considered a strong plus.

This is a full-time position, based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm/Stadshagen (Sweden).
