About the Role
You’ll lead sales in the Nordics, primary in Sweden but also in close cooperation with all Nordic colleges. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director. Your focus is promoting and selling EVBox
solutions, hardware
and services to key segments, managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account management. Your goal is to meet revenue targets and make a significant impact on sustainable futures.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop target clients and markets
- Convert leads into opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Build relationships with decision-makers to position EVBox as the preferred partner
- Execute sales strategies, conduct competitor analysis
- Represent EVBox at webinars, trade shows, and customer engagements
- Manage the entire sales process, from qualification to delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams for customized solutions and market strategies
You Bring
- Bachelor’s in business, electrical engineering, renewables, or related fields
- 4–8 years in B2B sales, preferably in tech, automotive, e-mobility, or electrical industries
- Proven success in achieving sales goals
- Experience with using CRM systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- A growth mindset and results-oriented approach
