About the Role
As a Business Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex sales opportunities into structured and financially sound business models. Your insights will be instrumental in helping the sales team convert opportunities into valuable customer contracts. By analyzing customer needs, pricing models, and cost structures, you’ll help shape business cases that align with both customer expectations and GlobalConnect’s profitability targets.
You’ll work closely with Solution Management, Sales, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from proposal to execution, ensuring every business case is commercially and operationally sound.
Key Responsibilities
·Analyze customer requirements and technical design solutions to develop data-driven business cases.
·Create and maintain business cases throughout the full sales lifecycle and contract period.
·Model cost and revenue streams, assessing long-term contract profitability.
·Design and optimize dynamic pricing models tailored to each opportunity.
·Contribute to proposals by advising on commercial terms and pricing strategies.
·Identify and communicate potential risks and financial impacts within each case.
·Collaborate across functions to ensure a smooth and structured handover of approved business plans to delivery teams.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone with a methodical approach and the ability to see both the details and the bigger picture. You’re equally comfortable working extensively with Excel models as you are discussing strategy with senior stakeholders. Operating in an engaging sales landscape motivates you, and you carry a methodical, client-focused attitude in every endeavor.
Qualifications and Attributes:
·Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field (relevant experience may compensate).
·Minimum 2 years of experience in project analysis, financial modelling, or investment calculation.
·Advanced Excel skills and the willingness to learn new financial modelling tools as they evolve.
·Interest in technology and its commercial applications.
·Effective communication skills along with a cooperative work style.
·Fluent in Swedish and English.
