As a Business Development Manager - AI Solutions, you will be at the forefront of helping organizations harness the power of Artificial Intelligence. From shaping strategy with our vendor partners, to building compelling go-to-market plans, to empowering sales teams with the right tools and insights, you'll play a key role in making AI innovation a reality for our customers.

What you'll do:
  • Grow profitable market share by executing the Business Unit strategy in full alignment under clear managerial direction.
  • Negotiation of key tenders and large deals with complete knowledge of all job functions and broad industry best practices, techniques, and standards.
  • Optimize results by driving sales out of agreed vendor portfolio including new vendor identification, on-boarding and other business development initiatives.
  • Drives overall vendor management creates customer unique selling propositions that protects margin integrity and promotes long term value-based customer engagement.
  • Enable and help the sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.
  • Maintains Full knowledge of assigned Vendor's product / service line.

What we're kindly looking for:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, solution sales, or technology sales, preferably with a focus on AI, cloud, or digital innovation.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, able to set clear priorities and execute autonomously.
  • Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
