Do you want to work close to both the numbers and the business—where your analysis truly influences decisions and direction?
At GlobalConnect, we’re growing fast across the Nordics, and now we’re looking for a Business Controller to join our B2C Sweden team in Stockholm. This is your opportunity to work hands-on with financial insights and forecasts that help steer one of our most strategically important business areas.
In this role, you'll work with everything from monthly controlling to cost initiatives and forecasting. It’s a broad and central role with a clear Sweden focus—but with the possibility that it will expand toward Finland and Denmark in the future. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the company and have close contact with management, giving you the context to translate numbers into clear business recommendations.
It’s a role where you’ll deal with large data volumes, build solid financial models, and gain visibility into key business decisions. If you’re structured, communicative, and thrive on turning complexity into clarity—this could be your next step.
Some of the things you’ll do:
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and deviation reports
- Work with large-scale cost analysis and identify areas for improvement
- Build and maintain financial models that support operational decisions
- Handle monthly controlling and reporting
- Collaborate across teams to ensure financial alignment with business goals
Why join GlobalConnect?
We’re a fast-growing company owned by EQT, and financial control is a critical part of our success story. You’ll join a small but highly involved team with a hybrid setup based in Stockholm. It’s a space where your input matters and your work is seen. There’s room to grow, and you’ll be part of shaping how we work—not just following instructions.
Expect to work close to the business, with the speed and scope of a company that’s transforming rapidly across the Nordics. If you want to be part of something that’s growing, evolving, and still small enough for your voice to count—this is it.
To be successful in this role, we think you have:
- 5+ years of experience from Finance, preferably from Business Controlling or Audit
- A degree in Finance, Economics, or similar
- Solid Excel skills (Power BI is a plus)
- Fluency in English and Swedish
We don’t need a personal letter—unless there’s something important that’s not already in your resume or LinkedIn profile.
