Tiger of Sweden is seeking a dynamic Brand Producer to lead the execution of all brand content productions—from high-impact campaigns and lookbooks to e-commerce photography and editorial shoots. This role is central to bringing the brand’s creative vision to life across all channels. As Brand Producer, you will own the full production process: from initial concept and planning, through on-set execution, to post-production and final asset delivery. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external creative partners to ensure world-class content output that reflects Tiger of Sweden’s brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end content productions, including campaign shoots, editorial shoots, e-commerce on-model and still life photography, both in studio and on location.
- Manage all aspects of film and photo productions, including pre-production planning, on-site coordination, and post-production workflows.
- Serve as the key point of contact for all production partners, including photographers, directors, set designers, stylists, models, and retouchers.
- Collaborate with the CMO and Creative Team to ensure creative intent is faithfully executed, while proactively offering solutions during production.
- Build and maintain detailed production timelines, ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder alignment across all projects.
- Oversee model casting in close partnership with the Creative Team, negotiating rates and usage rights.
- Track and reconcile production budgets, ensuring cost transparency and control throughout the process.
- Monitor and enhance production workflows, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and quality.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in content production, ideally within the fashion, luxury, or creative industries.
- Proven track record managing large-scale and high-profile shoots across multiple formats.
- Deep understanding of asset types and digital content formats.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Solution-oriented with a strategic, creative mindset.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a collaborative spirit.
