We're now hiring an Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing and expanding client partnerships, as well as contribute to our rapid expansion in the USA and Canada.

About the role

As an Account Manger, you’ll be like a CEO of your accounts, and responsible for:

  • Onboarding new clients, ensuring a successful start of the collaboration between the client, developer and Proxify;

  • Facilitating regular check-ins and interact with CTOs, Engineering directors, and other stakeholders;

  • Uncovering new opportunities and leading them through the sales cycle to grow and expand accounts;

  • Matching: Collaborate with Client Engineers to identify the right tech talent for each client’s needs;

  • Retaining clients by forming long term partnerships;

  • Facilitating strategic Quarterly Business Reviews;

  • Visiting customers across the US to build stronger relationships;

  • Handling escalations effectively;

  • Creating Account Plans and leading the internal strategic deepdives for your Key Accounts to generate new ideas from other senior internal leaders;

  • Being a role model in Account Management and driving excellence by contributing with new, innovative ideas.

  • Proven success in Account Management in Tech Recruitment.

  • Take ownership with urgency to ensure efficiency while keeping quality high.

  • Understand how to help and guide clients as a talent partner.

  • You are naturally sociable, curious, and goal-driven.

  • A humble team player who thrives in a high performance-oriented environment.

Bonus points: hands-on experience with technology, such as working as a technical project manager.
