- Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, manage project schedules, and resolve obstacles to maintain momentum.
- Monitor and report on project performance, including cost, timing, staffing, and risk, while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., ISO).
- Act as a strategic partner to the business—gathering requirements, supporting demand creation, and contributing to the development of the IT PMO.
Your Background
- Solid experience leading large-scale IT projects in global or matrixed environments, with a strong grasp of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proven ability to drive business transformation and change initiatives, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable in dynamic settings, with a hands-on, flexible approach and the ability to coach others.
- Relevant academic background (Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT, Business, or Engineering) and preferably certified in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
