Role reports to: Talent Acquisition Lead - Northern Europe
Location: Helsingborg, Sweden (hybrid)
What you will do
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for end-to-end hiring across the Nordic region for Kenvue. In the Nordic region, you can expect to partner with key stakeholders across our manufacturing site in Helsingborg, commercial hub in Solna & others across Nordic region. The TAP role works in a collaborative team, and you may also support other EMEA regions at times
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates for region
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide creative solutions for sourcing and recruiting diverse talent
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
- Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the market
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies
- Develop and deploy HR strategies to support sector/function goals
- Collaborate with business partners to drive key people/talent initiatives
- Integrate HR priorities into business plans
- Analyze business drivers to inform HR solutions
- Lead strategic HR initiatives to align with business and enterprise goals
- Utilize analytics to identify talent needs and drive effective talent planning
- Implement talent strategies in collaboration with local leadership to enhance diverse talent pools
- Partner with business leaders to drive talent agenda and achieve business outcomes
- Shape culture, employee engagement, talent agendas, and change initiatives in partnership with global-sector, -sector, and HR leaders
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience of high performance in talent acquisition or related field, with a track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of teams
- Innovative thinking and challenging the status quo
- Exceptional people leadership and development capabilities
- Expertise in creating and applying strategic HR solutions
- Strong talent management skills to develop sustainable talent pools
- Understanding of internal and external business drivers for driving talent outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in hiring for manufacturing site positions and commercially focused positions
- Understanding of the FMCG/Consumer Health industry
- Proven ability to think creatively and strategically to solve recruitment challenges
- Experience with utilizing recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Effective coaching, influencing, and advising skills
- Ability to identify and build holistic solutions across groups
- Drive strategic change to meet evolving business needs
- Continuous improvement mindset for enhancing HR effectiveness and efficiency
- Proficiency in using data analytics for decision-making
- Capability to leverage technology for meeting HR needs
