YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Collaborating with the Nordics executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide actionable insights to support growth, investment decisions, and operational improvements.
- Act as a key liaison between Finance and other business units to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models and dashboards to monitor business performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly reporting processes for the Nordic countries.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and systems, driving automation and efficiency.
- Contribute to group best practices across all financial operations.
A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management or business partnering roles.
Demonstrable experience in a senior finance role within a fast-paced, digital, or regulated environment. Experience in the online gambling or gaming sector is highly desirable.
Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and BI systems such as Tableau, as well as familiarity with ERP systems.
Strong ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
A proactive and strategic mindset with a track record of driving process improvements and supporting business transformation.
Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and a strong understanding of commercial aspects in a fast-paced industry.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail, with a commitment to excellence in financial reporting and compliance.
Nice to have skills:
- Experience from the iGaming industry or other tech related industries.
