About your job
In this position, you deliver on financial targets and KPIs while driving the implementation of our strategic initiatives locally. By working closely with Operations and Functional teams you balance local, regional, and global needs.

You develop, manage, implement, and monitor all activities belonging to your area of responsibility and lead your sales team to deliver on the following:
Contribute to the business planning cycle, follow up on local business results and implement mitigation actions where required.
Build infrastructure for successful product and service sales.
Seek growth in our strategic accounts following our W2C model and prioritize where to focus based on our customer needs and partners’ strength.
Drive collaboration and proactive communication.
Seek global solutions for efficiency and innovative technologies.

You’re a proactive and valued member of the Nordics Sales Management team and report to our Sales Market Manager Nordics. The location for this position is ideally North-Central Sweden.
Your profile
We’re looking for a grounded, confident and people-focused leader who thrives in times of change. You provide stability, clarity, and direction in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. With a calm and positive presence, you handle pressure and multiple topics simultaneously well. You build trust easily and communicate with clarity, helping your team stay focused and aligned. Your inclusive leadership and excellent collaborative and change management skills guide our organization and lead multicultural teams.
You have a strong business mindset and a financial understanding, balancing long-term needs with short-term results and operational performance. Your knowledge is backed by a university degree in Business Administration, Economy, Engineering, or related qualification from job experience. This role requires fluency in English and Swedish, verbally and in writing.
