What To Expect:
As the Retail Sales Execution Manager for the Shave Care category (including brands like Venus and Gillette) across the Nordic region, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and enhancing the shopper experience in-store. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- In-Store Execution: Spend a significant amount of time in stores within the Stockholm area to implement and optimize execution strategies. The primary focus is to ensure our products are available on shelves and presented in a logical, shopper-friendly manner to drive sales.
- Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with both retailers and our internal and external sales teams. This will include educating and coaching the external sales force on effective strategies to influence retail partners and enhance in-store performance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct monthly analysis of in-store execution status and provide insights to key stakeholders within the business. You will lead the deep-dive on our sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and drive decision-making.
- Training & Development: Equip and train internal sales teams on the importance of excellent in-store execution, helping them understand how to engage with retailer headquarters effectively.
- Leadership & Initiative: Demonstrate personal leadership by identifying opportunities for improvement, streamlining processes, and driving value sales through effective execution.
