What you will be doing…
Collaborate with the GM to prepare the Customer and Content Strategy for approval
Plan, implement, and follow up on events, campaigns, advertising, and communication actions in line with the CCS
Analyse market, customer, and competitor studies to identify key challenges and recommend further research
Translate strategic positioning into operational actions in alignment with URW HQ Northern Europe Marketing (SE/DK/NL)
Develop differentiating strategies through regular benchmarking
Support the HoM in preparing and managing tenders for marketing and communication suppliers
Evaluate each marketing action with qualitative and quantitative metrics, suggesting improvements
Coordinate marketing suppliers and agencies, ensuring strong partnerships and high-quality delivery
Align with RISE to meet income and footfall targets
Maintain and update the centre’s digital channels daily
Engage with tenants through association meetings and regular on-site contact to gain support for marketing initiatives
Monitor budgets rigorously to optimise spending across all operations
Draft local press communications in collaboration with the HoM
What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?
2–3 years of experience in marketing
A creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail
A relevant university degree in marketing or a related field
Strong interest and knowledge in retail
Proven project management experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
