About the Role
We're seeking a driven Marketing Campaign Lead ready to take ownership of our European marketing efforts and grow rapidly into a comprehensive marketing role. This is a unique opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of experience to significantly expand their skill set while managing campaigns, coordinating with agencies, and contributing to brand strategy across multiple markets.
You'll work hands-on with campaign execution while gaining direct exposure to senior leadership and international expansion strategy. We're looking for someone who thrives on execution but wants to develop strategic thinking — someone eager to build expertise across all marketing disciplines in a fast-growing international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Sweden, Germany, UK and beyond
- Develop and implement localized campaigns while maintaining brand consistency
- Lead content creation, performance marketing, and email automation with hands-on execution
- Coordinate with external agencies, consultants and offshore resources to scale campaign delivery
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing goals with business objectives
- Optimize digital channels including paid media, SEO, organic social, and email marketing
- Support Sales team with content for physical events and presentations
- Contribute to brand strategy discussions with leadership while translating strategies into actionable campaigns
- Use data to test, iterate, and continuously improve campaign performance across markets
- Present campaign results and optimization recommendations to senior leadership
What You Bring
Essential:
- 3-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience combining tactical execution with strategic thinking
- Solid foundation in at least one specialized area (paid media, SEO, email campaigns, content marketing)
- Experience working in startup/scaleup or agency environments - you're comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Some exposure to multi-market campaigns (European markets preferred but not required)
- Fluent Swedish and English required; German language skills are a strong plus
- Strong grasp of marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, GA4, CMS platforms
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills - you can work with both senior leadership and external partners
- Self-driven and proactive - you thrive with autonomy while collaborating effectively
Nice to Have:
- Hyper Island alumni or similar creative, innovative learning background - we value both hands-on and strategic thinking
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or platform-based businesses
- Background in branding or brand storytelling projects
- Familiarity with creative learning environments and innovative approaches
