Working hours: Full Time

Reports to: Head of eCommerce

OBJECTIVE
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to develop, track and optimize our global digital marketing campaigns that collaborates efficiently with internal stakeholders, digital marketing agencies, and affiliate networks.

You are responsible for developing and overseeing our paid online marketing strategies across all markets. Responsible for implementing and overseeing long-term paid media tactics as well as short-term online advertising techniques. Consolidating execution strategies, establishing and owning the roadmap with a complete 360 digital funnel approach to enhance and take our digital marketing efforts to the next level. An adept at enhancing brand awareness KPIs as well as traffic and acquisition with an omni-channel perspective. Lead the full budget allocation strategy and execution to meet defined efficiency and business targets.

You are an analytical and business savvy ambassador with passion for brand and product. This is a key role in our digital journey of enhancing our brand awareness and customer experience within the digital space and driving website traffic to our stores.

Areas of responsibility

  • Managing our global performance marketing agency
  • Own and manage Meta & Google ad platforms (Search, PPC and Paid Social)
  • Accountable for our media buy budget allocation with defined KPIs and targets
  • Responsible for executing the 360 media buy funnel strategy
  • Driving Paid Social, Search and Affiliate Marketing
  • Establishing and executing customer funnels and segmentation strategy
  • Engaging with relevant target groups to improve brand awareness, recognition, trust and conversion
  • Establishing and owning the development roadmap including attribution modeling and technical improvements
  • Defining and evaluating the performance marketing strategy and securing its data-collection

Working Tasks

  • Analyze and optimize performance from a sales and customer brand perspective
  • Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assets (ROI and KPIs)
  • Forecast, allocate and monitor the media buy budget to improve performance on a daily basis
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Use web analytics tools to measure performance to optimize campaigns
  • Apply strong analytical ability to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels and consumer touch points
  • Brief for relevant content and asset needs in collaboration with our digital designer and marketing department
  • Secure brand revenue as well as driving a long-term growth strategy with a focus on new customer attribution and acquisition
  • Identifying and testing channels for meaningful traffic diversity depending on market opportunities
  • Monitor competitor activity and strategies to remain competitive in the market

Must Have’s

  • Degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ working experience in digital marketing in-house or in agency with international background
  • Demonstrable experience creating and leading effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels
  • Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis as well as reporting
  • Operational experience from both Meta Ads platform, Tiktok and Google Ads
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and defining digital campaigns that engage, inform and convert
  • Deep understanding of digital KPIs including CTR, CoS, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel metrics
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Strong proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, VWO, Hotjar, or similar
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into campaign optimizations
  • Highly goal-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
  • Open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver
  • Fluency in English (Swedish is a benefit)
