Mission
Power Planhat’s growth through sharp, strategic legal support. Delivered by an exceptional team built to scale faster, close bigger, and think smarter than anyone else.
Team
Join a legal team that operates globally, with our General Counsel based in Stockholm and presence in both EMEA and the US. We’re trusted partners across functions, supporting the work that drives Planhat forward. We care about clarity, precision, and execution. No red tape. Just impact.
Role
You’ll apply clear legal thinking to complex business questions and deliver fast, practical guidance that keeps momentum high and barriers low.
You’ll provide commercial legal support for the business – reviewing and negotiating customer contracts, supporting go-to-market teams, and helping structure how legal enables scale.
You’ll also take a lead role in privacy and compliance. You’ve advised on GDPR, CCPA, AI governance and cross-border privacy issues, and know how to translate advice into action. You’re not guessing. You’re comfortable supporting ISO audits, HIPAA readiness, and cross-functional compliance initiatives. You’ll serve as Planhat’s Data Protection Officer (DPO), working closely with the General Counsel to help monitor privacy compliance, advise on risk, and support execution across our privacy and compliance program, partnering with teams to ensure our operations meet regulatory expectations.
You’ll work closely with the General Counsel and collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, InfoSec, People, and Finance to move deals forward, manage risk, and build what lasts.
You’ll also contribute to building legal infrastructure: templates, playbooks, and internal tooling, including how we use Planhat to operationalize legal work and collaborate across teams.
This is a high-trust, high-responsibility role with clear business impact. You’ll be expected to operate with autonomy, good judgment, and sharp execution. You’ll take on whatever legal challenges come your way – from employee matters to corporate governance, privacy, and everything in between.
This is legal work with range, pace, and real business impact. Perfect for someone who likes to be in the thick of it.
