Your mission when joining the legal team at Einride will be to support the business by providing legal support in relation to a broad range of commercial agreements.
You will
Provide legal support mainly to our markets in Germany and Austria, but also other European countries as needed. You will report to our General Counsel, and be part of our Group Legal team. This includes responsibility for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as managing and maintaining contract templates. The scope of work will span across all types of agreements relevant to the company’s operations, with a particular emphasis on customer agreements, partner agreements and supply agreements.
We expect you to:
Be pragmatic and grounded, highly motivated with strong analytical capabilities. You hold a Master of Law with several years of experience and a track record of working independently in a legal/commercial setting where you’ve built the capabilities required to take on the responsibilities outlined above. You speak both English and German fluently to be able to communicate with our clients and partners in key markets. If you on top of this have experience from a similar sector or within a related commercial context such as logistics or transport it would be considered a plus.
