This is a dynamic and hands-on role based at our global headquarters in Malmö, where you will support the full employee lifecycle and help drive our people agenda forward. From recruitment and onboarding to development and retention, you will be a trusted advisor and coach to leaders, and a reliable support to employees navigating change.

Areas of responsibilites
- Recruitment
Manage hiring processes and employment contracts, while coaching managers on selecting and onboarding the right talent.
- Onboarding
Ensure smooth employee introductions and support managers in integrating new team members effectively.
- Employee Benefits
Guide employees on benefits and assist managers in resolving related questions or concerns.
- Leave
Oversee leave and rehabilitation cases, advising managers on sensitive situations and ensuring compliance.
- Employee Lifecycle
Handle promotions, transfers, and exits, while supporting managers through performance and employee relations cases.
- Health, Safety & Sustainability
Coordinate safety efforts and sustainability reporting, partnering with managers to maintain a safe and responsible workplace.
- Coaching of managers
Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on leadership, team dynamics, and employee relations. Support them in navigating complex cases such as performance issues, sensitive conversations, and organizational change.

Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience
- Solid understanding of HR principles and employment legislation
- Experience coaching managers and handling complex employee cases
