As the Brand Lead in Dermatology in the Nordic markets, you will get the opportunity to shape the future and help people with skin diseases live more fulfilling lives by advancing the standard of care.
Your role
As the Brand Lead in Dermatology, you will be responsible for the overall strategy & follow-up with relevant cross-functional teams on select brand(s) in the Dermatology portfolio in the Nordic countries through cross functional collaboration.
You will ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives to develop the brand(s) according to plan and act as point of contact for relevant marketing for Nordics as well as acting as liaison for relevant marketing for Rest of the World / Global colleagues and ensure local success of select brands across the Nordics according to approved brand strategies, through tight collaboration with the relevant cross-functional teams.
To own overall strategic plan process including follow-up and adjustments for all relevant brand(s) in the Nordics, to maximize sales with given resources, ensuring high quality & deliveries according to timelines in close collaboration with the relevant cross-functional teams. Adapt Global- & Regional/Cluster brand strategies according to opportunities & challenges in each Nordic market.
- Responsible for collecting and structuring local market insights to ensure that strategies are built on robust and impactful insights
- Responsible for Nordic brand plan process including follow-up and adjustments
- Develop & monitor product KPIs
- Contribute to Nordic SnOP process
- Responsible for Nordic input to regional/global brand plan(s)
- Responsible for initiating and driving Nordic strategic board meetings in advance of major Nordic strategic decision to ensure cross-functional alignment and support flawless execution and course correction when necessary
- Brand ambassador and overall responsible for Nordics omni-channel approach and brand communication strategies
- Close communication & collaboration with relevant cross-functional Teams to support local execution of the agreed plan (incl. evaluation & feedback)
- Responsible for updating main brand campaigns (twice per year)
- Responsible for maintaining updated digital assets and other materials on an ongoing basis for all relative brands
- Core contributor to Nordics sales conference planning (twice per year) including campaign trainings, pre-conference sessions etc.
OPEX control & forecast
- Appropriate allocation of resources behind key drivers & channels, continuous tracking, and monitoring (reporting to line manager & Finance)
- Budget justification/allocation
- Actual spend vs budget (Nordic overview, incorporating pr country actual spend)
- Monitor sales against forecast for promoted brands, to decide on appropriate strategic actions & implementation accordingly
Brand communication & training
- Shape and communicate our common LEO vision and mission internally and externally, including leading the internal communication of promoted brands to increase passion and belief in the brands
- Ensuring proper brand training for new & existing workforce (according to overall brand strategies)
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree
- 5 to 7 years’ experience with sales/marketing or product management and ideally 2 in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven project management skills
- Strong presentation/communication skills
- Analytic skills and ability to handle complex issues
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in leading cross functional project teams
- Qualified/certified by local pharmaceutical association
