Vice President Supply Chain and Sourcing

As the Vice President of Supply Chain and Sourcing, you will be a vital member of the ATD Management team, responsible for executing our mission and strategy while meeting annual targets for growth, revenue, and profitability. Your primary focus will be on achieving Supply Chain and Sourcing excellence, optimizing practices to ensure competitive availability, cost efficiency, and sustainability alignment. Reporting to the ATD President, you will lead our organization towards a resilient and efficient business model.
In this role, your mission and responsibilities will be to:
- Implement and reinforce a safety culture with a "0 Accident" target, alongside promoting a Customer-Value and Customer-Care driven culture.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to maintain ATD's competitive advantage, emphasizing sustainable growth and eliminating single source dependencies.
- Establish efficient routines in sourcing, supply chain planning, parts assortment, inventory control, and cost management.
- Take ownership of Supply Chain and Sourcing practices across all three ATD business lines, fostering high-performance teams.
- Identify synergies between business lines to drive tangible improvements and contribute to the division's continuous growth.
- Lead price negotiation and contract terms, setting industry-leading standards and mitigating market risks.
- Drive supplier development programs to create value for ATD and facilitate business opportunities.
- Oversee Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), ensuring optimal inventory, availability, and service levels.
- Represent ATD in Sourcing and Supply Chain Management forums within the group.
- Champion continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure integrity, transparency, and financial control in line with Group standards and procedures.
- Responsible for managing Operational excellence and efficiencies of the Operations by working very close with the Business lines and rest of the divisional management
Experience and requirements:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain management within complex decentralized organizations.
- Proven track record of leading global teams, preferably in similar industries.
- Strong experience in data-driven decision-making and driving organizational change.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or relevant fields.
