As the Supply Chain Manager EMEA, based in Stockholm HQ, you will lead the supply chain function, driving company growth through strategic, results-focused practices. Your role ensures efficient, well-functioning teams in the Supply Chain HQ and Warehouse Sweden that support our global operations, consistently achieving key KPIs, such as cost-efficiency, reliability, and sustainable in-and outbound deliveries across global markets. In this role, you'll actively contribute to enhancing the global supply chain function by implementing regular operational improvements and serving as the department’s primary representative in key cross-functional digital initiatives. A strong focus on data analysis supports your ability to identify gaps, drive improvements, and make informed decisions across operations. Your daily work is dynamic and hands-on. Focus shifts frequently between operational tasks, including internal communication with stakeholders and strategic project planning and decision-making.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Supply Chain Manager EMEA, your main contribution will be to provide leadership and direction for the SC EMEA function. You will report to Supply Chain Director. You will play a vital role for the further growth and development of the company's global operations by:
- Be responsible for both the long-term and day-to-day management of the SC HQ & HQ Logistics teams incl. personnel, costs and performance, and act as the owner of SC EMEA’s main KPIs
- Be responsible for the management of the WH SE operation including all associated procedures
- Manage the global inbound and WH SE outbound flows; from suppliers to end-customers, and between warehouses
- Regularly appraise team members and carry out Acne Studios annual performance review within the set time period with the SC EMEA teams
- Support the Supply Chain Director with various tasks, analyses and improvement projects for the global SC function
- Ensure accurate warehouse forecast models to optimize resource planning and support cost estimations for annual OPEX budgeting
- Manage supply-chain improvement projects; both externally and internally against other departments as well as the warehouses
- Act as a driving force for the SC function in overarching digitalization processes (e.g. UDP / Unified Data Platform, BI-tool optimization etc.)

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain management, or management consulting
- A minimum of 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong knowledge of Power BI
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft D365, Dispatcher WMS, Centric PLM, and BI tools like QlikView or Qlik Sense is a plus
- Previous experience in retail and/or the fashion industry, as well as from international business models, is meriting
- Fluency in both English and Swedish is required; additional language skills are a plus
