Our product Digital Dealer is a highly appreciated internal system, used by our retailers and service advisors all around the world.
As an UX-designer within Digital Dealer you will work closely with many different colleagues and stakeholders; your home team consisting of skilled developers and PO, cross teams with other developers, POs and UX-designers as well as business owners across other parts of Scania – to name a few.
What you will do:
- Conduct user research using interviews, usability tests, and data analysis
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Work closely around design ideas and prototypes with POs and developers
- Design user journeys, flows, and personas to guide development
- Utilise Scania’s Design System into the look and feel of Digital Dealer
- Adapt quickly to feedback and iterate effectively
- Experience as an UX designer, preferably 3-5 years from a similar role.
- Knowledgeable of various methodologies and frameworks within this field
- Proficiency in research, creating user flows and producing personas
- Skilled at using conventional UX-tools, we use for instance Figma, Mural, Google Analytics
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passionate about UX, with a drive to grow and continuously improve
- Based in Greater Stockholm Area – we believe that face-to-face collaboration is key, why this is a must for us.
- We believe in working from wherever you are awesome. You can work from home or in our Stockholm/Södertälje office, depending on your team and your personal needs. As a reference, most of our teams work together at the office 1-2 days a week.
