We’re looking for a creative, dynamic, tech-obsessed, and versatile Social Media Specialist to join our team full-time. This role combines the opportunity to grow our reach via captivating video storytelling with the rewarding responsibility of supporting our customers by addressing their needs and questions. What You’ll Achieve
Content Creation and Social Video Strategy
- Lead video content creation: Plan, direct, and produce engaging video content, including TikTok-style videos, promotional assets, and product launch campaigns on a daily basis.
- Collaborate to tell our story: Partner with team members to capture genuine, natural moments that showcase the product and its unique value.
- Direct on-camera talent: Work closely with colleagues to ensure they feel confident on-camera and we maximize the impact of the time they spend filming.
- Edit and polish: Oversee iterations of editing to create platform-tailored, high-quality deliverables.
- Organic social growth strategy: Design and execute strategies for leveraging video content to increase engagement and expanding our social presence.
In addition to video content, you’ll play a supporting role in customer experience—responding to inquiries, helping users get the most out of the product, and sharing recurring feedback with the team. You don’t need to be a customer support pro, but you care about people, enjoy helping them succeed, and are comfortable jumping on calls whenever needed.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven creative experience: Strong portfolio of impactful video content created for social platforms, driving audience growth and delivering authentic storytelling.
- Customer-centric approach: Previous experience in customer support or advocacy, with a focus on empathizing with users and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborative DNA: A proactive team player, comfortable working across different roles and functions, prioritizing both audience engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Technical proficiency: Fluency with video filming and editing tools as well as familiarity with customer support tools and workflows.
- Adaptability and communication: Versatility in switching between video strategy, internal collaboration and customer interactions, with clear, effective communication skills.
What We Expect of You
- This is an onsite role, based in our office in Stockholm to enable close collaboration and hands-on engagement across content and customer experience.
- You’ll bring initiative, creativity, and a sense of urgency to both user-facing content and support conversations.
- You’ll be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities and switching contexts between strategic and tactical work.
- You’re highly fluent in English—spoken and written. You don’t need to be a native speaker, but you should be fully confident creating content, communicating ideas, and collaborating in English every day without anyone needing to check your work.
