About the Role We are looking for a creative individual interested in an internship in beauty and social media to join our Brand Team, with a primary focus on social media. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media strategy within a fast-growing beauty company.

In this role, you will work alongside our Social Media Manager to create engaging, on-brand content while supporting the Brand Team in strengthening our brand presence.

Tasks

Content Creation:

• Assist in planning, producing, and editing content for TikTok and other social platforms, focusing on beauty trends, product reviews, tutorials, and brand storytelling.

• Monitor and analyze TikTok trends, sounds, and viral formats to identify opportunities for creating engaging and relevant content.

• Work closely with the Social Media Manager and the Brand Team to brainstorm and execute creative ideas that align with ongoing campaigns.

Community Engagement:

• Interact with our audience by responding to comments, engaging in trends and challenges, and contributing to an active and engaged online community.

Influencer & Collaboration Support:

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to influencers, coordinating collaborations, and helping expand Bangerhead’s digital presence.

Performance Tracking:

• Track performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and recommend content improvements to optimize reach and engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field such as Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline.

• A deep understanding of TikTok and other social platforms, with experience in creating engaging short-form video content.

• Passionate about beauty—staying informed about the latest trends in skincare, haircare, and makeup.

• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

• Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut and InShot.

• A proactive, creative mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in the beauty industry.
