About the Role
Are you ready to shape the social voice of two global education brands? As our Head of Social Media for STS and Educatius, you’ll be the mastermind behind our digital presence — leading strategy, sparking creativity, and driving conversations with audiences around the world.
You’ll oversee content across all platforms — YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and especially TikTok — crafting stories that inspire, engage, and connect with our communities. With your leadership, we’ll go beyond likes and follows to build a vibrant, loyal audience that shares our passion for global learning experiences.
In this role, you’ll bring together the best creators, influencers, and market-specific teams, turning ideas into campaigns that leave a lasting impact. This is your opportunity to combine big-picture thinking with hands-on execution, and to make our social channels truly impossible to scroll past.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the strategy — Develop and deliver a global social media vision in collaboration with local market teams and content creators, ensuring brand consistency with local flavor.
- Run the show — Oversee daily channel management, optimizing for growth, engagement, and brand storytelling.
- Drive major initiatives — Implement and continually refine high-impact projects such as:
- The Brand Promoter Program
- Influencer-led campaigns
- Frameworks for localized social operations
- Market-specific performance goals and reviews
- Empower local teams — Equip each market with the tools, training, and resources they need to excel.
- Create magnetic content — Partner with in-house and external creators to produce platform-specific content that stops thumbs and starts conversations.
- Grow our influencer network — Identify, onboard, and manage influencer relationships that authentically connect with our audience.
- Master TikTok growth — Collaborate with our Head of Paid Performance to execute high-performing TikTok ad strategies.
- Measure what matters — Track KPIs, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable improvements — weekly, monthly, and beyond.
