We’re seeking candidates who can operate at the highest strategic level. You may have:
Extensive experience in technology-led transformation within the Swedish defense ecosystem (e.g., Försvarsmakten, FMV, FRA, Fortifikationsverket).
A strong understanding of strategic planning, IT governance, and digital innovation in military contexts.
Experience in consultative roles—either within a consulting firm or as an internal advisor.
Familiarity with frameworks for CIO advisory, value realization, and program assurance.
A relevant academic background (MBA or military equivalent is a plus).
A passion for shaping the future of defense through technology.
