Your impact:

As a key member of our sales team, you’ll play a crucial role in generating pipeline and shaping first impressions of our Compliance Solutions. You’ll be at the forefront of our growth, identifying high-potential leads and setting the foundation for long-term customer relationships.

  • Identify and qualify leads: Proactively engage inbound and outbound prospects through research, outreach, and prospecting.

  • Drive discovery: Conduct initial calls to uncover customer needs and align them with our solutions.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives: Seamlessly hand off qualified opportunities and support a smooth sales transition.

  • Keep things on track: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, and progress in our CRM.

  • Be the first impression: Represent our brand and value proposition with confidence, professionalism, and clarity.


Your profile:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to remain persuasive and composed during challenging conversations

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, target-driven setting
