Looking for a candidate who either has experience on a similar size yachts as mate or someone who has been bosun on larger vessels and is ready to step into a 1st mates role. It will be a 10:10 rotation and all flights and travel expenses are covered. There is a good education budget onboard, ideally looking for a candidate who is working towards an OOW or close to completion. Proven longevity and B1/B2 are essential.

You also need to be a true non smoker and have no visible tattoos. This is an active crew where most people either like to surf, kite surf or hiking. Looking for a likeminded individual who enjoys an active lifestyle. There is also a preference for someone who grew up sailing dinghies or has a sailing background.

Normally this is a dual seasons program with the yacht heading to the Caribbean, however this winter will be spent in the shipyard in Savannah.
