This is a private program with some light charter use. It is a family style atmosphere on board. They will be in the Pacific for the next few months and then NZ for the coming summer, which include participating in the Millennium Cup regatta. They will be in the Pacific and NZ for the next two years. The owners love to dive and be outdoors. Where possible and if time allows, they like to get the crew involved in activities to experience the locations they are in.
Mate
OOW or MCA MAster 200GT CoC and RYA Yachtmaster Minimum
Support sailing operations, navigation, and deck maintenance, ISM
Lead water-based activities.
Stewardess
Interior management, guest service, and light housekeeping
Assist with charter preparations and guest interaction
Participate in water-based guest activities
Joint Requirements:
Both candidates must have sailing yacht experience
Passion for watersports
STCW with refreshers, Security Awareness and valid ENG1
Positive attitude and adaptable to a close-knit, team-oriented environment
