Location : Sweden with travels expected within Scandinavia region

General Mission / Responsibilities
- Strengthen commercial presence and grow sales in Scandinavia (including Norway/Denmark area), with the aim to be a supplier of choice of blasting media, tools and technical solutions for our customers, ensure continuous customer satisfaction
- Ensure and drive growth initiatives along the Winoa Group Strategy within your area of responsability
- Develop go-to-market strategies for the corresponding product lines, prospect with the aim to maintain existing and establishing new business opportunities, generate sustainable growth.
Key Activities
- Prospects and identifyes new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, partnerships, offer new technical services and products - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
- Fosters and develops relationships with customers, visit them, seeks out the appropriate contact in an organization, generates leads.
- Sets prices and masters its elements, performs efficient negotiation, manages contractual conditions,
- Ensures customer care, brings needed customer technical and commercial support, proposes relevant strategy to meet customers’ needs
- Ensures follow-up on stock control, complaints and dissatisfaction management, overdue management, lost customers’ follow-up
- Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings
- Reports to hierarchy and collects any relevant information (customers’ situation, competitors’ products, etc.).

Your profile :
Sales proffesional with 3-7 years experience and technical background related to industry: Machines and spare parts producers (especially blasting equipment), foundries, forgery, sales of consumable technical products to industry customers.
Languages and mobility:
- Swedish, English mandatory.
- Danish and Norwegian knowledge are appreciated.
- Willingness to travel, mainly within the region to customers

- Positive, can do spirit
- Autonomous, ability to motivate yourself and set your own goals, decision-making skills
- Ability to think and work strategically, aligned on group and team strategy
- Negotiation skills
